What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays in the app. We never delete anything unless you ask.
Can I switch from monthly to annual?
Yes — through Settings → Billing.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — no-questions money back within 7 days of purchase.
Where is bank sync available?
EU/UK via PSD2 (~30 banks). Ukraine via Monobank API.
Can I share a budget with my family?
Shared accounts are a Family-tier feature — invite up to 3 people (you plus two) to one shared budget. Free and Pro are single-user. Family is available now — one shared budget for up to 3 members.
Do you charge EU VAT? Can I get an invoice?
Yes — Stripe handles VAT for EU customers automatically and emails you a receipt with your VAT ID if you provided one. Business customers can add a tax ID at checkout.
Is there a mobile app?
Android beta is live by invitation. iOS is in development. The web app works in any mobile browser and remains the primary interface — we aim for full feature parity, not a stripped-down mobile cut.
Can I export my data and leave?
Yes — everything exports to CSV, XLSX, or PDF with no limits. Pro adds scheduled exports. A full encrypted Google Drive backup is also available.
